Teeth clicking

by Marlene
(Connecticut)

Hi

When I am gently stroking my Netherland dwarf from front to back, she sits quietly and I hear what seems to be a very soft, gentle clicking of her teeth; is this a sign of stress, or a sign that she finds the stroking acceptable?

Note from rabbitmatters: It means she is loving the stroking and attention!!

that is called tooth purring and that only means your rabbit is enjoying you petting her. Its kinda like a cat purring but it's a bunny.
