Rabbits soft stool/diarrhoea after spay

Hi, my bunny got spayed today at 12pm, I picked her up from the vets at 5:30pm and they said she was fine.

She has since not eaten other than 3 leaves of basil that I half forced to to eat. She has also just done 2 soft squishy big poops that smeared on her fur!

Firstly I'm worried about the poop? Is it diarrhoea, it certainly didn't look like cecotropes! Could this be because of the surgery? Will she be OK tomorrow?

Second thing I'm worried about is her getting poop on her incision, the last thing I want is for her cut to get infected and as it was a spay her incision would be relatively close to her backside!!
