Rabbit Eye Problem

My 3 year old Holland lop has an issue in both his eyes. He has been seen by a vet, but we didn't get any answers. He was diagnosed with a corneal inclusion cyst. He doesn't act bothered by the masses and they haven't changed much in the last year.
Does anyone have any ideas please?
