Please help with advice

I have adopted two rabbits 4 weeks ago. They are female and male and have both be neutered. They are normally very loving to each other, Michelle is approx 6 months an English rabbit and the bigger of the two, Barack is the male and is a dwarf rabbit.
She is scratching him on the back, then last night she kept stamping her feet I thought that something had scared her, but she kept jumping on him, I thought maybe they were sorting out who was going to be dominant bunny, but tonight he is hiding and very jumpy. She is sitting close to him but when she goes over, he is stamping his foot at her. They are sitting opposite sides of the armchair no contact at all which is very unlike them, PLEASE PLEASE any advice would be gratefully received.
