Please help me with your ideas on his breed!

Hello!

I’m really curious about what breed our handsome boy could be. He’s about four months old, weighs around 1.5kg (3.3lb) and has a very calm and affectionate temperament. He is white all over except for his ears and eyes. I know that the eyeliner effect is like that seen in hotots but I don’t think hotots have black ears. I wondered if he’s a ‘Charlie’ of some other breed. I’d welcome any thoughts. Thanks!
