Phantom pregnancy or real pregnancy?

Hi.
I bought two rabbits a few months ago and were told they were both male but when i took them to the vet i was told one was a female and as i thought they were males let them out in the run together so there is a chance of pregnancy.

They have since been split and have separate runs. My female rabbit has made a nest she has been making it for the last two days pulling out her fur and digging in her bed area but today she has stopped.

She is very agitated and doesn't stay still for too long and grunts if you go near her and if you touch her. Also she always poops in her bed area but since making her nest has stopped doing this and going on the other side of her hutch.

Is this a phantom pregnancy or real pregnancy? How long before they give birth do they make a nest?
