Not cleaning her bum

Hi,

My rabbit when I first got her was an indoor rabbit and was so clean. Litter trained straight away and didnt make a mess.

I moved house for a little while and this meant to had to sleep in an outdoor hutch. She let out on the grass but even though her toilet was there she stopped using it.

Now ive moved to my permanent home, she is an indoor bunny again. She is using her toilet better but she always seems to make a mess on the bottom of her cage and always have a dirty bum. I have to bath her or clean her bum pretty regularly otherwise it builds up.

Dont know what to do or why she is letting herself get that way!

Any help please?
