Need to identify rescued rabbit, please!

We rescued this tiny rabbit from the desert this past weekend. Approximately 4-5 weeks old, white with BLUE eyes. Ears are slightly damaged on the ends, possibly from malnutrition and/or dehydration. Weighs 7 oz.
