My Rabbit keeps Falling Over

I have a 13 week old rabbit which i have had 5 weeks.
Last tuesday i came home and he all of a sudden couldnt walk, he kept falling to the left side.
I took him to the vet Wednesday and they said they couldnt tell what was up with him without a X Ray.
I have been giving him Metacam since then but he still as not improved.
I have brought him in side and bought him a smaller cage etc
He is eating and drinking and i have put him on the room carpet a few times he hops about 3 steps then loses is balance he also loses is balance in is cage often.
I am so woried but just dont have the £200 for a X Ray at the moment.
I dont know if its is left leg or hip or is back end has totaly gone.
he can sit up and like i say he can hop a bit but then loses control.
Any help please
