My 9 year old (neutered) rabbit has started spraying

Hi,
I have a lion-head house rabbit who was neutered as a bunny. he lives with my daughter me and my 3 year old Lhasa Apso dog which both of them are besties and play together.

We have moved house several times so its not the house move but recently he is constantly spraying either over the dog or up the wall. I am having to lock him in the kitchen most of the time now as he is spraying 20 to 30 times a day and I am constantly cleaning.

I have also noticed that sometimes he's drinking it :-( He is nearly 9 years old so I am not sure if its an age thing or the dominance thing which everyone is saying but its every time he sees the dog he's doing it..... I'm at my wits end with him.

Can someone help?? :-(
