Missing hair around one eye

Hi everyone
Our rabbit, who we have had for three years, has recently lost hair around one eye. Not sure if she pulled it out with a paw. There are no signs of scratch marks. Is this normal? Her diet is veggies and pellets. She is kept in a ten foot by eight foot outside enclosure. I have read the possible reasons could be boredom or bugs. The missing hair is a half inch square. The missing spot is between the front of the eye and her nose. Any thoughts? Her yes appear clear with no infection around the rim of the affected eye.
