Lump in abdomen.

Hi everyone
Today I went to put my rabbits in their run as I usually do, and I noticed that one of them, Poppy, was acting very lethargic. I picked him up and immediately felt a lump about the size of a large grape, in the right side of his lower abdomen.

He's not neutered as he is still too young. It's hard to tell whether he's off his food or not because he shares his cage with another young rabbit who is acting normally. It's a Sunday so I can't take him to the vet, but I plan on doing so first thing tomorrow morning.

Also, he appears to be in pain as he is grinding his teeth audibly. Please help.
