Long scab in rabbits ear.

Hi
We have two rabbits one has a long scab running the full length of its ear which isn't getting worse or better.

It seems to be improving then either her, or her sister takes the scab off. The other ear has a much smaller scab lower in the ear. The other rabbit's ears are fine. She's not scratching lots and doesn't seem bothered by it.

We've been cleaning twice a day and applying Surolan for 10 days, supplied by the vet who said she had never seen anything like it, with no obvious improvement.

Any ideas please?
