Is it normal for rabbits mouth to bleed after tooth is filed?

Hi all
My rabbit is 4 and a half and just had a tooth filed for the first time.

I noticed about an hour later that there was some blood coming out of his mouth. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Any help please?
