Help me identify the breed please!

Hi!

I’d love some help to work out what breed our handsome boy is. He’s about 4 months old, weighs about 1.5kg (3.3kg), has shortish hair, is white all over except for his ears and eyes and has a very relaxed and affectionate temperament. I know his eyes are like hotot eyes but I don’t think hotots have black ears. Any ideas very welcome!!
