Flemish Giant diet

My name is Nicole and I have a Flemish giant named Pickles. She lives indoors with a litter box, dog crate, and floor space all enclosed in a play pen. She receives tons of timothy hay, pellets, and a small amount of fruit and veggies daily.
She tends to get a lot of loose stool which gets stuck on her bottom and smears around her enclosure. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on her diet and the amount of each food she should get daily. She is 16 lbs and un-spayed. (I am having trouble finding a local vet that will spay a
rabbit over 10lbs.)
