Eating problem

Hi everyone.

I have been giving our rabbit who is 1.5 years old Timothy hay and rabbit pellets, but he doesn't seem to eat the pellets and he keeps losing weight. I'm worried!! What else can I give him to help gain some weight besides carrots?

Thank you!!

Help your bunny

First take him to the vet, and until you can get an appointment feed him a mixture of Timothy hay and alpha hay. You can give him fruit and veges but don't over do it! High sugar fruits and verges are; apple, carrot, bananas (in a biscuit), parsnip, turnip, swede, beetroot, cucumber, sweet pepper, pumpkin, apple, squash, blackberries, strawberry, raspberry, pear, pineapple, tomato (not leaves).

BUT SEE A VET ASAP!

Good luck!
