Can you help me with recognizing what breed our little sweetheart is please?

Hi,
We bought this little guy week ago. They said he is one month old. First question is, do you know what breed is it? Other question is, isn't it too young to be without his mommy? Do I need some special supplements for him like substitute for milk?
